We’re Twelve! The Bredeson Group Celebrates Twelve Years in Business

The Bredeson Group is celebrating twelve great years of helping individuals and organizations to become healthier. (While Deborah Lewis, the Bredeson Group’s founder and president, has been doing that for longer than she cares to admit, the Bredeson Group is now celebrating it’s twelfth year as a business entity).

The Bredeson Group Provides Customer Service Coaching and Consultation

We have been conducting Mystery Shopper audits of customer service for many years. Our audits of consumer access to employee assistance, work/life, behavioral health or medical services provide a unique, “real world” glimpse into customers’ true experiences. Bredeson Group audits are also supplemented by consulting services to develop or revise access systems, and training to ensure that policies and procedures are translated into excellent customer service.

We have expanded our customer service/Mystery Shopper services to include individual customer service coaching with videotaping and communication/conflict style assessment. We also provide team customer service planning session facilitation to establish customer service mission, values and measurable standards. One picture is worth more than a thousand words as customer service personnel are able to reenact, review and re-write the script for challenging customer service scenarios while employing the medium of videotape.

Action Learning: The Serious Business of Team Play

What do fun and games have to business? The answer: plenty. The Bredeson Group has increased its action/adventure learning offerings that enable work teams to step outside the office, often into the out-of-doors -- and thus step outside business-as-usual ways of interacting and thinking that may limit productivity and profitability. Our experiential learning services consisting of team-building games and problem-solving initiatives enable work groups to energize, coalesce and move along the continuum from accidental work group to true team, whether they are an “old” team or a team resulting from a recent merger. Bredeson Group action learning activities include: over 50 portable team-building initiatives (e.g., Pipeline, bridge building, helium hoop) to promote a variety of team-related goals; relationships with adventure learning facilities offering low ropes courses (anyone for a Mohawk walk or a trip through the Spider web?), and incorporation of experiential learning into Bredeson Group seminars.
