How to Request a Reservation on a Bredeson Outdoor Adventures Trip

Please provide the following to request a reservation on a Bredeson Outdoor Adventures trip: 

1. Completed confidential Trip Reservation Request form.  The Trip Reservation Request form can be downloaded below in PDF or Word format.  Please return the completed form to Deborah Lewis via email (dlewis@bredeson.com) or fax (203-849-7581).  Refer to http://www.countrycodes.com/ for international dialing instructions when sending faxes from outside the U.S. to the U.S.
   
2. $500 per person deposit (USD).  Please make your $500 per person deposit check payable to the Bredeson Group LLC and mail it to:  Deborah Lewis; 14 Cliffview Drive, Norwalk, CT 06850, USA.  Credit card payment through PayPal is also available upon request.
   
3. Completed Release of Liability Form (separate document).  The Release of Liability form can be downloaded below.  Please fax the release of liability form back to Deborah Lewis at 203-849-7581 or mail it to 14 Cliffview Drive, Norwalk, CT 06850, U.S.A.

Once we receive your request we will contact you to confirm availability and answer questions.   We also recommend trip cancellation insurance.  Please call us at 866-533-4361 or email us at info@bredeson.com to request trip cancellation insurance or for any other questions.
