How to Make a Reservation on a Bredeson Outdoor Adventures Trip

We are delighted that you are planning to book a trip with Bredeson Outdoor Adventures.  To make a reservation on one of our multi-day trips please: 

1. Read the trip itinerary to obtain an understanding of the trip, especially the inclusions, payment and refund terms.
2. Call us toll-free (1-866-533-4361) or email us (info@bredeson.com) to confirm availability.
3. Complete a confidential Trip Reservation Form for each member of your party.  The Trip Reservation Form can be downloaded below in Word format.  This form can be completed on the computer or by hand.
4. Complete a Release of Liability Form for each member of your party.  The Release of LIability form can be downloaded below in PDF format.  Please complete this form by hand.
5. Forward your Trip Reservation and Release of Liability forms along with a deposit of $500 per person. Please make your check payable to the Bredeson Group LLC. You may also pay the deposit by PayPal (instructions below).  The balance is payable by check and is due 90 days before the trip. Please forward your deposit check and forms to:

You may also fax your forms to us at 1-203-849-7581, or email them to us at info@bredeson.com.  If you wish to email your Release of Liability Form please make sure to sign a hard copy of the form first, scan it and then email it to us.  To make your trip deposit through PayPal please click on the following "add to cart" link and indicate in the "note" field the trip for which you are making a deposit:

• Previous guests on our multi-day trips will receive an immediate 5% savings on our public trips .

• We will provide a $50 referral credit for introducing a guest to one of our trips for the first time.  This credit will be applied after they have completed their trip.  Please note that this does not apply to a spouse, partner, or family member participating in a trip with you.

Trip Insurance

We encourage our guests to purchase trip insurance for cancellation, interruption, and health care.
