Trip Overview

We offer guided snowshoeing in northern Connecticut.  Together we'll spend the day exploring the beautiful trails of White Memorial Foundation in Litchfield.  Bredeson Outdoor Adventures will supply a tasty, hot winter picnic, snacks, hot beverages, snowshoes if needed, brief instruction, transportation, and a day of winter fun. We'll also provide tips and lists for what to wear, bring and do in order to enjoy a safe cold weather outing.  You supply the adventurous spirit and the desire to get out and savor an active, crisp winter's day in the company of other nature lovers.  Enjoy the frozen ponds and streams, stone walls, beaver lodges, fields and woods of this 4,000 acre gem in the Litchfield hills with your guide, Deborah Lewis.  If there is no snow, we'll enjoy a day of winter walking with all the same pleasures, minus the white stuff.
